1. Information we collect

Account information (email, name, country, password hash)
KYC information (government ID, selfie, address proof) — processed by our KYC partner
Payment information — processed by Stripe or our crypto processor
Trading activity on your evaluation or funded account
Device / browser information and IP address for security

2. How we use it

To provide the service, verify identity, process payments and payouts, enforce trading rules, detect fraud, and comply with law.

3. Who we share with

Payment processors, KYC providers, infrastructure vendors, and law enforcement when legally required. We never sell personal data.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@deskfunded.com.
