These Terms of Service govern your use of DeskFunded ("DeskFunded", "we", "our"). By accessing or using our evaluation program, funded-trader program, or any associated platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Evaluation accounts are simulated accounts used to evaluate a trader's ability to operate within a defined risk framework. Evaluation accounts do not execute trades against live liquidity. Positions, balances, and profits shown during the evaluation phase are simulated.
Funded accounts deploy DeskFunded proprietary capital. Profits generated from a funded account are split 80/20 in favor of the trader. Profits are paid out via crypto or bank wire, biweekly, upon request.
Copy-trading other funded traders, latency arbitrage targeting DeskFunded liquidity, collusion among accounts, and deliberately exploiting software bugs are all prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
You may hold one DeskFunded account. Registering or operating additional accounts under different email addresses, names, or payment methods — whether directly or through another person acting on your behalf — is prohibited.
Sharing an account, trading another person's account, or granting a third party access to your credentials is likewise prohibited. Each account must be traded solely by the individual who registered it.
We monitor authentication activity, including network address and device information, to enforce this rule. Where activity indicates that one person is operating multiple accounts, or that an account is being accessed by more than one person, the accounts involved are subject to immediate closure without notice. Evaluation progress, profit balances, and any pending payouts on the accounts involved are void, and evaluation fees are not refunded.
If your account is closed under this section and you believe it was in error — for example where members of a household or colleagues in a shared workplace trade from the same network — contact support@deskfunded.com within 14 days of closure and the decision will be reviewed.
Evaluation account fees are stated at the point of purchase. Evaluation fees are refunded alongside the first payout on a funded account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeskFunded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
